Singaporeans celebrated their nation's 49th birthday at the Float@ Marina Bay yesterday. Spectators decked in red and white filled the stands.
They were treated with impresive performances by the Army, Navy, Air Force and Police Force. The show segment which comprised of four acts to celebrate the “can-do spirit and caring attitude of Singaporeans”, also dazzled the spectators.
The stage also had the largest multimedia set-up in the parade's history, with LED screens spanning the size of three basketball courts.
This year's parade will be the last one at the bayside venue for at least a few years, as the event moves to the Padang next year and to the Sports Hub in 2016.
Take a look at some of the moments captured by us from the National Day Parade.
