While Singapore had been hit by haze the past few days, the haze condition on 17 June 2013 was one of the worst in recent times.

By noon on Monday morning, the Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) had hit the unhealthy level of 100.

And it was down hill from then on for the most of Monday, peaking at 155 by 10pm, according to National Environment Agency’s (NEA) hourly reports.

TNP photographers were plying the streets yesterday, photographing just how bad the haze was, and here are some pictures depicting the haze.
