The green grass patch above Raffles Place MRT station was filled with benches, swings and an old sand playground.
The area is usually packed with office workers sitting along the grass edge as they grab a quick bite. But the new park-like features allowed them a change of scenery and a place to sit and enjoy lunch. There were also old school games like capteh and pick-up-sticks for people play with.
I didn't feel like I was in the heart of the CBD at all.
